Bill has lived in Northeast Ohio for over thirty years and is committed to providing quality home care to those in need. Bill is married to his beautiful wife Dawn and together they have four children, all of which live in NE Ohio. Bill and his entire family are driven by a love for serving others, and in fact Dawn and their oldest daughter Megan are public school teachers. Having personally been on the client side of receiving care for both of their fathers, Bill and Dawn wanted to help families find balance in their time of need, just like they met.

The first thing most people ask when I tell them that I am the owner of a Nonmedical Home Care Agency is, why did you decide to get into this industry? It’s quite simple. My family, like many others, found ourselves with aging parents and the need for added care when we were not available. Several years back, I went researching local resources in my area that were available, but I couldn’t find any that truly resonated with our needs.

At the time I was working as a senior manager for a global bank in their human resources department, and although a very good job, it just wasn’t my passion. Fast forward a few years and Age With Grace Home Care was born. All people deserve to be treated with the utmost respect, professionalism, love and above all, with Grace.

As the demand for Non-Medical In-Home care increases, we are sensitive to the challenges that families face as they make such an important decision. We pride ourselves in creating a customized plan of care that will fit the needs of each client.
